She provides legal advice to companies operating in the real estate and productive sectors in the western region of the State of Santa Catarina, an area characterized by the close integration of urban expansion, rural property, land regularization, infrastructure, territorial planning, and agribusiness supply chains. Her practice encompasses real estate contracts, the regularization of real property and real estate developments, legal governance, risk assessment, the structuring of real estate transactions, and legal support for projects involving urban, rural, and transitional areas.

She serves as Regional Representative of AELO – Association of Urban Development Companies in the State of Santa Catarina, is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM), the Real Estate Law Committee of the Santa Catarina Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SC), and the Real Estate Law Committee of the Chapecó Subsection of the Brazilian Bar Association.
