Holding a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ, 2016), Rafael Barbosa da Silva is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Civil Procedural Law, with certification from Universidade Cândido Mendes. Following a period at another leading Brazilian firm, he joined Lobo & Lira Advogados in mid-2019, where he focuses his practice on strategic dispute resolution, real estate, and arbitration. He has broad experience advising domestic and international clients and has, throughout his career, represented companies across a wide range of sectors, including shopping center operators, telecommunications providers, vehicle manufacturers, and construction companies. He is fluent in English.
