Juliana Zielinsky Yonenaga
Juliana Zielinsky Yonenaga has been a partner at Lobo & Lira Advogados since 2014. She earned her law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2008. She began her career at Brookfield Shopping Centers, where she worked from 2008 to 2010, later joining the firm (then known as Lobo & Ibeas).
Her practice focuses on real estate law, urban planning law, and commercial contracts, with significant experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in M&A transactions and negotiating and structuring complex agreements. She leads the firm’s real estate practice on high-complexity projects, including the structuring of large-scale developments, with particular expertise in the shopping center and mixed-use complex industries, from initial conception through implementation, including redevelopment and asset repositioning initiatives.
She has extensive experience negotiating strategic contracts across the real estate sector and other key segments of the economy. She also provides legal counsel to the representative association of the shopping center industry on urban planning matters. She supports the firm’s civil litigation team in highly complex real estate disputes. In addition, she has experience in arbitration, including assisting arbitral tribunals in high-value contract disputes.
She is a member of the Real Estate and Urban Planning Law Committee of the Rio de Janeiro State Bar Association (OAB/RJ) and is fluent in English.
